Scope

Go Fin Links (go.fin.ai) is an internal tool provided by Intercom, Inc. for use by Intercom team members only. By signing in, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

Go Fin Links is provided for legitimate Intercom business purposes. You agree to:

• Only create shortlinks for work-related content
• Not create links to malicious, phishing, or inappropriate content
• Not share your Chrome extension API key with others
• Not attempt to access links, analytics, or accounts belonging to other users through unauthorised means

Access

Access is restricted to users with @intercom.io and @intercom.com Google Workspace accounts. Access may be revoked at any time at the discretion of the Go Fin Links administrators.

Content ownership

Links and associated metadata you create remain the property of Intercom, Inc. The service and its source code are proprietary to Intercom.

Availability

Go Fin Links is provided on an “as is” basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
